Conditions for Refund:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the printer must be in its original condition, undamaged, and include all accessories and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 1-3 business days
Exceptions:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
